How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.
Can I use my mobile phone?
Absolutely! You can watch through any device with a web browser.

Will I have access to all of my previous BasharTV purchases?
Yes! We have migrated all of your content along with your account information to this new system. If you see any content is missing, please open a Support Ticket and provide your login email as well as a list of the missing items. We will get those applied to your account ASAP.
How do I download the video?
First make your purchases through the web browser for any videos you'd like. Then, download the BasharTV app on your device. Next, go to the video you want to download and save it to your app for offline viewing.
You'll be able to download as many of your purchased videos as you'd like. They will remain in the app, on your device, to access while offline for 30 days. Going camping? Covered. Long flight? No problem! Enjoy your favorite Bashar videos anywhere you go!
What if some of my videos are missing after the transition?
Not to worry! Please send us a list of the videos you are missing in a support ticket at www.bashar.org/help. We believe that all accounts have been transferred and are fully settled, now, but please let us know if we've missed some of your videos.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
My video doesn't playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
